You can deposit to your trading account using the services of a web exchange where you can buy cryptocurrency using credit and debit cards.

1. Open an AZA trading account in the MT 7 terminal with any of these basic cryptocurrencies: BTC, BCH, ETH, DASH, LTC or XMR. Immediately after opening a trading account, a unique crypto address will be linked to it.

2. Visit the My Accounts tab in the trading terminal, select a trading account with the base cryptocurrency, click on the Deposit icon and you will see a unique crypto address associated with your trading account.

3. Register in the online exchange. For the exchange of small amounts, verification in the exchange may not be required. Typically, you will need to upload your selfie with your passport or date ID, as well as your e-card account statement.

4. During the exchange on the web exchange website, specify in the crypto address field a unique crypto address that is attached to your trading account. Use a credit card to buy a cryptocurrency that matches the base cryptocurrency of your trading account.

5. Check your crypto transaction on the blockchain network. After 3 confirmation of the block, click on the Check transaction button in the Deposit section of the cryptocurrency you are depositing with. After that, the balance of your trading account will be updated.

6. The cryptocurrency will be credited to your trading account and you can immediately open orders or transfer funds between your trading accounts. If the currency of the transfer account differs from the transferred cryptocurrency, then you can exchange it at the market rate of the terminal without additional fees.

If you use cryptocurrency to deposit and withdraw funds, you do not need to verify your account with AZA and, if you wish, you can remain anonymous.

The crediting time depends on the payment system.
For E-wallets, it takes about 5-30 minutes, for Cryptocurrencies - from 10 minutes to 1 hour or 1 day (depending on the number of fees for miners), for Bank transfer from 1 to 5 banking days, for debit/credit Cards - about 1 hour (on business days). The time of a Bank transfer depends on the sender's bank, as soon as the funds arrive in the account, they are immediately displayed on his account in his account and the trading platform.

For a direct deposit to a company bank account, you need to verify your documents first. After that, you will receive an invoice with bank details.

Also you can deposit funds via Bank Transfer through online exchangers. You need to register with the exchange and ask them for bank details to exchange your bank transfer for cryptocurrency.

There are several reasons that can cause a payment to be declined by the card. It can be:
- personal data of the client is not verified;
- the photo of the debit card on both sides is not loaded;
- exceeding the daily limit by the number of deals;
- there is not enough money on the card;
- wrong card number, validity or CVV code entered;
- the name of the cardholder is not correctly entered;
- the card is no longer valid, its expiration date has expired;
- the card is not activated for online deals;
- the limit on the number of deals during the day has not been removed;
- other limitations of the issuer bank.

You can independently transfer funds between your trading accounts without commission. To do this, click the Transfer funds button in the Personal area, select the accounts, the amount to transfer and click the Make Transfer button. If the trading account currencies differ, the amount will be converted at the market price to the base currency of the trading account to which the funds are being transferred.

For comfortable and profitable trading, we recommend investing:
- to START account over $500
- to the PRO account over $5,000
- to the account of VIP over $20,000.

You can deposit in cryptocurrencies that match the underlying cryptocurrencies of the trading accounts. Trading accounts are now available for automatically accepting funds in the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin BTC, Ethereum ETH, Bitcoin Cash BCH, Litecoin LTC, Dashcoin DASH, Tether USD - ERC20 USDT, as well as for manual depositing of funds: Monero XMR and Ripple XRP.

In the Deposit section of the trading platform, select the cryptocurrency to deposit.

1. Select the number of the trading account with the corresponding currency and click the Proceed button.

2. A unique public address in the corresponding cryptocurrency will be linked to your trading account.

3. Transfer cryptocurrency to this unique address.

4. After confirming 3, 6 or 10 blocks in the blockchain network (it depends on the selected cryptocurrency), click the Check Transaction button.

5. After that, the balance of your trading account will be updated and you will receive a notification by e-mail.

You can deposit Bitcoin to trading accounts in the base cryptocurrency BTC with automatic funds acceptance.

In the Deposit section, select the Bitcoin cryptocurrency to deposit.

1. Select a trading account number with BTC currency and click the Proceed button.

2. A unique public address in Bitcoin will be linked to your trading account..

3. Transfer cryptocurrency to this unique address.

4. After 3 confirmation of the block in the blockchain network, click the Check Transaction button.

5. After that, the balance of your trading account will be updated and you will receive a notification by e-mail.

The company does not charge any fees for deposit funds. The company covers the payment system fees if you deposit over 100 USD for the transfer.
