Clients can withdraw funds from their trading accounts at any time, regardless of bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals via cryptocurrency or exchangers are available without verification. For card and e-wallet withdrawals, document verification is required and can be completed in the trading platform. All withdrawal requests are processed securely, and funds are transferred only to accounts belonging to the client (except for cryptocurrency transfers, which can be made to third-party wallets).

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. There are no restrictions on the number of withdrawal transactions.

How can I withdraw money from my trading account?

You can withdraw funds, profits and eligible bonuses from your trading account without restrictions. To request a withdrawal, log in to the trading platform, open the Withdrawals section, select your account, payment method, currency and amount. After confirmation, your withdrawal will be processed and a notification will be sent to your email.

Are there any fees for withdrawals?

AZAforex does not charge fees for withdrawals. Clients pay only the commissions of the chosen payment system or miners’ fees when using cryptocurrencies.

When are withdrawal requests processed?

Withdrawal requests are processed by the accounting department Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (UTC). Processing times may vary depending on the payment system.

Can I withdraw funds to an account not in my name?

Withdrawals to bank accounts and e-wallets are allowed only if they are registered in your name. For cryptocurrency transactions, withdrawals can be made to third-party wallets.

Can I withdraw using a different payment system than the one I deposited with?

Initial deposits can only be withdrawn via the same payment method. Profits, however, can be withdrawn using other available systems (excluding debit cards). For exceptions, contact the Accounts Department at [email protected].

What if my card limit is reached?

You can withdraw only the amount you originally deposited via the card. Remaining funds can be withdrawn through bank transfers, e-wallets or cryptocurrencies.

How to withdraw funds in Bitcoin?

To withdraw funds in Bitcoin, follow these steps:

1. In the withdrawal section, select your trading account, the amount, and Bitcoin as the method.
2. Enter your Bitcoin address.
3. Click Withdraw funds.
4. After approval, funds will be transferred to your wallet and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Note: Always ensure the Bitcoin address is entered correctly. The company is not responsible for errors in provided wallet addresses.

How to withdraw funds in other cryptocurrencies?

To withdraw funds in cryptocurrencies, follow these steps:

1. In the withdrawal section, select your trading account and the cryptocurrency withdrawal option.
2. Enter your wallet address for the selected cryptocurrency.
3. Click Withdraw funds.
4. After approval, the funds will be sent and you’ll receive a notification by email.

Note: Double-check your wallet address. Incorrect addresses may result in lost funds.

How to withdraw through an exchanger?

You can also withdraw via exchangers:

1. Register at the exchanger and complete verification if required.
2. Choose the cryptocurrency to withdraw and the payment method to receive funds (bank, card, or e-wallet).
3. The exchanger will provide a wallet address.
4. Enter this address in your trading platform withdrawal request.
5. Confirm the request, and funds will be transferred once approved.
